Does not honor cancellation
Review over Aegean AirlinesAccording Aegeans cancelation policy, bookings can be cancelled within 24 hours after the booking has been made. We now want to cancel both bookings, but according to Aegean we cannot cancel the booking because it has been made on another day! So, the bookings have been made at 2:53&2:57 AM on the 25th and we sent the cancellation request on the 26th at 1:05 AM. Because it is another calendar day, the 24H does not stand, according to their callcenter. I think per definition 24h will be another calendar day! The 'supervisor': MARIA PARAVOLIDAKI is not willing to speak to us. It is ridiculous and very bad that AEGEAN does not honor its own rules. We will not accept this and will definitely claim our rights with the European commission or elsewhere.
