Horrible experience. My flight was cancelled without letting me know. No email nor able to get a hold of TAP while calling many different phone numbers and contacting through social media. After finally getting a hold of them, they told me it is indeed cancelled and that I will get a refund. I have been waiting for over 5 months now! They told me they cant do anything for me. I WANT MY MONEY.

Does not pick up the phone. Long waiting times. Makes it almost impossible to file a complaint through the website. All and all horrible customer service
