Good flight facilities. Nevertheless I had a delay which was not my fault. In my opinion Cathay didn't react well, so back home I sent them an email. Almost 5 months (!!!) and 5 emails later I still didn't get a serious reaction, except that my email was sent forward. So, from client service perspective I give Cathay 0 stars.
