TAP Air does not care to customers.
TAP gives wrong information to customers when they call support.
Avoid this airline at all costs!!!
I think people should really avoid flying tap, the worst airline I ever choose in my life as a frequent flyer. It is impossible to get assistance (unless you are ready to wait for about one hour on the phone) because people (in Brazil?) at the call centre do not know what they are there for.
Just name it, everything!
