Iberia Review: lost my money!

  • Worst flight company and service ever!
    I was booking a flights and got an error. I had already filled in my banc account information and the passanger information but after the error i got rederected to do that again.
    I checked my banc account and the 280 euro was gone but i never got any confirmation or booking. I called 3times the service number (which costed me a lot of money) and the first women couldn't help me she said, the second sproke german to me which i don't understand and when i asked for english or dutch they putted down the phone. The tird one asked my card information and when she had to wait 30seconds for me to get my card, she said 'call me back when you have the information' I told her that i had it already and she said ok and hung up the phone aswell. After calling another time I spoke with a women who said 'i don't see your booking, which makes sense since we never got our tickets or confirmation and she said it wasn't her problem that our money was gone to Iberia.com for flihgts we never got. She told us to book new flighttickets and pay again.

    I lost my money, got no flighttickets, payed a lot to call them trying to solve the problem and got super bad costumer service! Most rude people ever! I WILL NEVER FLY WITH THEM!
