Bad experience with Corendonai

On November 12 my wife and I had a flight from Brussels to Hurghada, Egypt. We booked a PREMIUM ticket in June 2022.
This ticket includes: choice of your chair, priority check in/boarding and a meal during the flight. After the booking I tried to make the chair choice. This was not possible. In August I tried it again and it succeed. We booked chair 30 D and E for in and out flight.
72 hours before the flight we checked in and printed our boarding pass with the correct seat numbers.
On November 12, we went to the priority desk in Brussels. They told us to go to the “problem”desk. After waiting there for about 20 minutes, they told us that our seats where given to someone else. We got other chairs, 18 E and F, on top of the wing. This is not what we wanted.
Pre-boarding they never heard about.
During the flight, we asked about the meal. We had the choice of: Chicken or tomato soup, a peace of chocolate cake or a small package of M&M. This is what they mean with a meal.

On the way back there was no priority check in desk, there where no booked chairs, we got 25 C and D, the meal was the same as on the way to Egypt. There was an extra, noodle-soup.

Corendonairlines, Pleas describe on your site what you really want to give for the extra money when you book premium.

It was our first experience with Corendonairlines. I think it will be the last.
