I have booked a flight which had been cancellen die to covid-19. I just received an e-mail from Norwegian airlines (do not book!!!) saying they van hide themselves behind Norwegian rules implicating they do not Refund my cancelled flight.
So you can choose between throwing your money in a garbage can or norwegian airlines. Norwegian airlines is an illusion.

I paid to supersaver a trip to Rio de Janeiro in 2019 to travel in marche 28, 2020.The trip was canceled by Norwegian and to date i have not received my money back or a voucher to reschedule the trip. The fly ticket is MAIUOV and the refund status order is L1K336, the refund was requested from the airline and until now more than one year, the refund request was not process.
