Very poor service of Alitalia

To check in online on a paid for Alitalia flight is virtually impossible. The relevant Alitalia website does not react after the necessary information has been typed in. On a joint KLM-Alitalia flight Amsterdam-Rome I managed to confirm my flight only by telephoning KLM. Digitally I could not obtain a boarding pass from the Alitalia website. It was also impossible to call them during the weekends and after 7 PM. Such "service" is completely unacceptable. In the future I will think twice - to put it positively - before even considering flying with Alitalia.
